The Meeting:
After the initial call, we will set a mutually convenient time to meet with you. We will measure, and discuss the details of your project. Together we will establish the features you want, the finish, and the details of the design. You will receive a
3-D cad drawing of your final project. If accepted as is, you may sign the contract and return it with the deposit check. If the design needs tweaking, we send it back to the proverbial drawing board until it is right. We will contact you to confirm receipt of the contract and set up a tentative delivery date.

The Production:
Upon receiving the signed contract and deposit check, we will place your project into production. As a general rule, please allow 8-10 weeks for the completion of the project. We will call you as the tentative delivery date approaches to confirm the date and time of installation or delivery. Please notify us if the scheduled date is not agreeable as soon as possible so we are able to reschedule a convenient date and time.

The Installation:
You will receive another call from our office, the day before delivery, as a courtesy. We will arrive with your finished project ready for installation. Our professional installers will go over the features (if applicable), and after care to keep your project looking new for years to come. They will leave your home in the same order as when they arrived…we leave no “footprints” behind.
